
PAUL Makonda, Kinondoni District Commissioner, has announced a new initiative to establish a specific neighborhood which shall be diverse businesses when dealing with the sale of strong drinks and cold (Bar).
Makonda made it clear earlier this initiative today in Dar es Salaam as well which is being implemented on the initiative of teachers of primary and secondary free travel by public transport (bus) officially begins.
The head of the district said the program is a continuation of the innovative and risk of development plans which largely has been lacking among Tanzanians and making the pace of development in the country to be contrary to the expectations of citizens
